Complementos para aulas de linux. Quarta-feira, 6 de maio de 2009. Traduzir o KDE para Português. Após a instalação padrão a área de trabalho, menus e aplicativos em geral são exibidos em inglês. Para traduzir para português do brasil é preciso instalar um pacote de nome kde-i18n-ptbr no Konsole como usuário root. Menu K em inglês. Abra o Konsole atráves do Menu K - System e instale o pacote usando o comando a pt-get install kde-i18n-ptbr. Servidor:/home/aluno# apt-get install kde-i18n-ptbr.

Para a instalação do KDE 4.2 é preciso editar o arquivo sources.list e adicionar os repositórios necessários. Acesse o Konsole. Como usuário root e adicione as 4 linhas abaixo. Deb http:/ www.debian-desktop.org/pub/linux/debian/kde42 lenny kde422. Deb-src http:/ www.debian-desktop.org/pub/linux/debian/kde42 lenny kde422. Após editar o arquivo use Ctrl o (enter) para gravar e Ctrl x para sair.

I needed something to remind me how much time i have left when deciding what do to next or whether to promise to do something more. So i made this simple SuperKaramba. You can download it from here.
