Thursday, April 9, 2009. Tuesday night Big Bear had a couple of late meetings. I was originally supposed to go to dinner with a friend, but she got the nasty virus that is going around. At first I thought I would go home and have a bowl of cereal or something simple. Right before I left school I was scanning through some of my blog roll and came across a recipe. That caught my eye on Ezra. A new favorite blog. I had all of the ingredients so I thought I would give this Orzo with Spinach and Feta.

Monday, March 23, 2009. I know I've posted this recipe before, but I wanted to get it on the food blog. At the market the other day they had a HUGE display of avacados. They looked wonderful so of course I couldn't pass them up without grabbing a bunch to make some guacamole. This is what Big Bear and I had for dinner last night. Hopefully there will be some for tonight too if Big Bear doesn't take it all for lunch he said he wouldn't. 4 ripe avocados, chopped. 2 limes squeeze the juice over the avacados.
