Marianas Public Land Trust. ARTICLE ONE - OFFICES. Section 1. Principal Office. The principal office of the Trust for the transaction of business is on 1313 Anatahan Dr., Capital Hill, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Section 2: Change of Address.
