Friday, June 23, 2006. After immersing myself in theory I have decided to keep it simple. The one equation I'm going to use, that hasn't ever let me down is;. Force = Mass x Acceleration. If the acceleration of the gas molecules leaving the exhaust valve, does not change, before hitting the turbine blades, then no force(energy) has been lost or gained. SO if I keep the velocity of the gas leaving the exhaust port, as near as possible, a constant speed, then I wont be emitting or absorbing any energy.

Friday, August 11, 2006. Prototype, part 1. Front view of collector. First made a jig for the collector using the pieces on the left. Here it is the "Jig from Hell". This jig can only be used to make the collector, and as this is a prototype, I didn't bother with anything other than functionality. Next I took 4 of the pieces of pipe, that I cut last week. This is what I want to do with the pieces. The jig with 2 pieces ready to be welded then cut. What you should have after you weld the 2 pieces then cut.
