In a week or so, they're hinting a possible bring ridge in the west that will translate to a dip in the jet in the eastern 2/3 of the states. Chases: 19 (Average to slightly below average). Tornadoes: 11 (Slightly below average). States: IL, NE, CO, KS, OK, AR (Way below average).
