Potowmack Preserve was founded in 1970, a pioneering development that created green buffer zones on environmentally sensitive land, preserving the rolling terrain and stands of mature trees. A seasonal stream bed meanders through the nature preserve at the heart of our community. The development counts 159 contemporary homes made up of five base models. The houses feature natural materials - brick, wood and stone - and are characterized by distinctive volumes offset by glazed bands.
