Red Easter Eggs | Selah

April 7, 2009. Mary visits the Roman emperor and greets him with “Christ has risen”. The emperor replied that Christ can no more rise again than this egg can turn red. At that point the egg in his hand turned blood red. She then continued to preach Christ’s resurrection to the stunned emperor. This is the most common story I have heard and it is only associated with Mary Magdalene. Angelico’s Agony in the Garden →. 6 thoughts on “ Red Easter Eggs. April 7, 2009 at 12:59 pm. This page will be used to provide the project description and an index for blog posts and other files. Bede’s Abbreviated Psalter is a collection of abbreviations of every psalm in order. These abbreviations range from a half a line, just a few words, to half a dozen verses for the longer psalms or just those he valued. In effect, Bede created a new prayerbook from verses of the psalter. Understanding why he created the abbreviated psalter and how it was to be used is the goal of this project. Review Bed...
