A journey there and back. Tuesday, October 2, 2007. We started our two-day journey toward Tehran with a late flight from Atlanta. After a brief stop in Detroit, we began making our way to Amsterdam. We won't get there until tomorrow morning, so for now, we're simply. For the next many, many hours. A journey there and back. Tuesday, October 30, 2007. It has been two weeks since our return from Iran. The jetlag is wearing off, and we have had some time to reflect on the whole experience. The one thing of which we are sure is that we sense our hopes, our prayers, and our efforts being called toward Iran at this perilous time, especially as cries for war crescendo.
