PRR - Northern Central. Monday, March 30, 2015. Some land forms part 2. Well, we are working from the west end of the Narrows back to the East. We have placed hydrocal filled gauze - used for plaster casts - onto the rosin paper. Then I spray it with water and brush the cloth to smooth the plaster and get it to set. Well, we have to get the control panel in at Paxinos and I am beginning to like recessed panels after what we did at Crowl. So, here we have cut out the opening for the panel at Paxinos. I have previously wired all the tracks and turnouts to a terminal block mounted to the frame of the layout. You get a good view of it through the hole. Here is the finished opening. PRR - Northern Central. Friday, July 10, 2015. I have wanted a more extensive trailer train roster so I had to add another car with all the chains and blocking - representing a 1955 technology shipment. Using a car done by the master, Lee Turner, as a model, seen at the rear, I painted an Overland F39 flat to show that the deck was wood and then did the ramps and chains in safety yellow. Now I have begun the tedious job of attaching the chains and come alongs. Now back to the layout.

Our Family's Great Adventure! Wednesday, September 25, 2013. We had a BLAST this year at Deep Creek. This mama didn't take a lot of photos. I decided to live in the moment and really soak in the family time before heading home to get ready for the big move. Greg was able to spend a couple days with us. That was really fun! And the kids sure had a great time! Memere and her Nooney (Simone's nickname) - so precious! Will and his love of monkey cake - enough said! Break out the Asti to celebrate Baby Boo!
