I wanted to share a wonderfull Saint Patrick's day recipe. 1 cup guinnes beer ( yes I know it has beer in it, but the alcohol burns away when baking). 1/2 cup butter, cubed. 2/3 cup sour cream. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. Grease a nine inch spring form pan, and line bottom with parchment paper.
