I have embarked on a Health and Fitness Challenge the last few months and I am currently down about 23 lbs and toning up all over. Yes I am bragging. This is a big deal for this fatty. We now only eat whole grain breads, rice and pastas in our house, and in moderation. We eat a LOT more fresh vegetables and fruits than we ever did.
