Weight Loss – My Fitness Goals
I’ve recently been doing my entire workout in the evening, including cardio. You thought I loved my morning cardio sessions? What My Life Consists Of? So, as you may have seen in my Tweets (when I remember them) I have been doing my run , then weights, then pilates in the evening. This is about 1.5 2 hours of workout. I really enjoy it. And I’ve been watching one of my favorite shows on Netflix while I run. You know the cartoons where a horse wears a hat with a carrot on it so it’ll keep moving forward?
