I was born in Derbyshire and now live on the east side of Leicestershire. I am self taught and have been painting for over 30 years. I first became interested when my Grandad, an Artist, died and left me his oil paints. I still have some of them now! I paint mainly Landscapes, Seascapes and Old Buildings. In both Oil and Water Colours. These are of Leicestershire, the Cotswolds, Yorkshire, the Lake District and beyond! I always have a camera with me when out looking for views.
