That is the best news that we have received since the end of May. We realize how incredibly fortunate we are to received this news. We are so thankful to all our family and friends for their prayers and support through this journey. If I see you I may not shake your hand but instead give you a hug just to share the joy with you of this news.

Clear margins on the prostate, no cancer in the lymph nodes, nothing cancerous in the seminal vesicles which means it appears to have been organ confined! One bite at a time. Saturday, September 3, 2011. The 18' Hewescraft Ron found on the internet while recuperating from surgery. This photo is of the first fish on, South Sister, Broken Top and a hint of Mt. Bachelor in the background.God's Country to say the least. Thanks to those of you who made his 'shopping' easier by doing the footwork. We love it and can't wait to share the lake with you. Thank you for your continued support and concern, it is just so 'nice' knowing you're out there :).

One bite at a time. Monday, July 18, 2011. Busting Out (we think). Dr Bashey just came by and gave us the okay to head home (he just has to check with the cardiologist). I'm sure it will actually take several hours but I know Cooper and Sophie. Will be glad to have us back, at least I hope they will. Ron's been a trooper and it is paying off. One bite at a time. Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Boating but no water skiing. She would get our little medical kit, sit quietly and pick out a band aid while I played out my nursing fanticies. Afterwich Ron had us trained for a kiss from the nurse and an even more special hug from the assistant :-). Ron got plenty of rest and boat time but no water this year. I'm sure that he will make up for it next summer. Thank you again for your continued support and prayers, truly lightening our curious journey.
