路耀华指出,集团公司能够认真贯彻党的路线方针政策和国资委的决策部署, 近几年在实施改革重组战略、应对危机、扭亏解困、加强党的建设等方面做了大量工作，取得比较明显的成效。 但巡视也发现了企业存在的一些问题，主要是 集团领导班子的合力和核心作用尚显不足，工作不够深入 党建工作比较薄弱，存在“软、散、弱”的问题 “两个责任”不够落实，执纪执规失之于宽、失之于软 落实中央八项规定精神不够扎实，存在顶风违纪问题 执行民主集中制和选人用人不够规范 监督管理存在漏洞，违纪违法问题比较突出。 路耀华代表巡视组提出四点整改意见建议 一是领导班子要从思想上牢固树立党要管党、从严治党理念，切实担负起“两个责任” 二是严格执行“三重一大”制度，进一步规范选人用人行为 三是加强集团化运作的力度，明确方向目标，在加强管理上下真功夫 四是应对和处置好所属企业的风险。 要正视问题、明确责任，按照规定时限逐条落实好各项整改措施 要聚焦“四风”、深入整治，建立健全改进作风常态化长效化机制。 Produced By 大汉网络 大汉版通发布系统.
