Bookend Cottage in Tobermory, a Roxburgh McEwan Architects Development, picked up the Gold Medal for Best Low Cost Project Category along with the prestigious Chairman’s Award for Architecture selceted from all of the winners at the Roses Design Awards 2009. To extend the existing terrace of cottages on Albert Street with a new build design on a site that was previously part of the garden of a post-war semi-detatched house set diagonally on the corner.
