Formartine Beginning to Blossom. In April 2006 we became a Registered Company Ltd by Guarantee (SC 301273) for charitable purposes but we are not a registered charity. The management team became a Board of Directors, though its composition changed little and it is still a team of volunteers. There are 12 Directors elected at an AGM, and two employees. Our members include representatives from all the Community Councils, from many of the voluntary and community groups in Formartine and from local businesses.
