Over the last few months I've done a few random sewing projects. Here are some pics:. I also made her "Scary Monster" costume. See the pics below! Ellie was a "scary monster" for Halloween because she makes a great growl/roar "raghhh" when you ask her "what does a scary monster say? Our church does a great "Trunk or Treat" ministry that we went to. Ellie's favorite thing was a toddler size bounce house that she got to play in. It was so busy and crazy there that we forgot to take any pictures! Aunt Anna ...

the alley: St. Patty's Day Fun!
http://bolinalley.blogspot.com/2013/03/st-pattys-day-fun.html
St Patty's Day Fun! Today we went on a Rainbow Scavenger Hunt! We found a container for each color and Ellie looked all around the house for any little items of that color that would fit in her container. I challenged her to find ten items in each color but in the end she found more than that! We started with Red:. Since we were going in Rainbow order (Ellie LOVES rainbows! She wanted to do Indigo, too, but I was skeptical that we could find ten items - so we skipped it). November 8, 2012.

Happy St. Patricks Day! Today she's my little leprechaun! I made Ellie a new bow for the occasion - even though we're not doing anything special! Here are some pictures from the last week:. Where I left her! She was chasing her pacifier and made it all the way under her swing! Grammie bought Ellie some teething biscuits and she loves them! They make such a huge mess! If you take it away from her beware! Naptime. She loves her fuzzy friends! This sweet lamb is from Great-Grandma Doris. A Trip to the Creek.

It's been way too long. So much has happened since my last post! The summer was so busy I never got a chance to post anything new. We took so many pictures, but I'll try to get some of them on here. Here's a slideshow of Ellie's birthday celebration at Mimi and PaPa's house before they moved to NJ (we miss you! Click below to watch a few short videos:. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A few weeks ago Ellie drew these awesome pictures on her oldschool magna-doodle. I had my dad's camera at the time so I was able to grab some great pictures before she erased them. I think she has talent, don't you? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). November 8, 2012. Hi, I'm Abby. Follower of Jesus. Wife to my wonderful husband and mother to our two beautiful and loud girls! Ellie's First Art Project! Ellie made her first cards for Mother's day! I drew a black body in the center of a piece of cardstock, then I folded half the paper back and taped it to her highchair. I put two dollops of tempera paint on the paper and let her smear it around to make the butterfly wings. I don't know why, but I didn't take any pictures of the finished projects! I'll try to track them down and get a picture. They were so cute and she had a blast making a mess. What could be better? Ellie STILL...

the alley: I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas
http://bolinalley.blogspot.com/2012/12/i-want-hippopotamus-for-christmas_19.html
I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas. Ellie's dance class performed their Christmas recital a few weeks back. She performed in three dances. They opened with a jazz number to "the most wonderful time of the year". But the best was the tap number:. They danced to "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas." That song has long been a Christmas favorite of mine and now I love it even more! They ended with another jazz dance to "Joy to the World". Click below to see the videos:.
