Saltwater Haven: More Ice

http://www.saltwaterhaven.blogspot.com/2012/04/more-ice.html

Sunday, April 8, 2012. This photo illustrates the power of the waves created by the funnelling of water between two bergs. Gerard felt this power and harnessed it skillfully. Tony, although not on his first paddle among the ice this year, is perhaps just as much in awe as the rest of us were yesterday. A River Runs Through It? Clyde, you can see in the second shot I was watching for the wave coming thru on the right like in the first pic. Not that dramatic but safe nonetheless. Great paddle.
