世靴三國では同じ志のもと、熟練した職人が小さな道具 工具 から大きな道具 機械 、. 世靴三國の 企画 は 無からの創作 が基本です。 次に靴の形、履き心地を考えながら、木やすりやサンドペーパーを使い、削り パテ盛り 削り パテ盛りを何度も繰り返します。 実は 履き心地の良さ と 洗練されたシルエット は、相反する木型から生まれます。 ドイツ人が生み出した緻密な木型は 履きやすさ に、イタリア人が生み出したエレガントな木型は 洗練されたデザイン として靴に反映されるのです。 木型に描いた 立体の測量 を靴の設計図として 平面に展開 するのです。 アクセサリーはラフデザインの段階から、熟練の金型職人さんと一緒に設計図 型紙 刃型 を考えます。 革の方向を見極めてから クリッカー という道具 機械 の台座に革を広げます。 靴 という漢字は 革が化ける と書くように、完成までの一瞬一瞬が革との戦いです。 縫製した部分の革の厚みを通常の部分 1枚革 縫製前 と同じ厚さに仕上げる 製甲 は、匠の技が光る工程の一つです。
