Saturday, June 2, 2012. Addie and Mason ran in a quarter mile fun run that was held after the Taste of Louisville Half Marathon. Addie was very excited to run like mommy. I think Mason was most excited about the pre-race stretches. Addie was a champ. She ran hard the whole way and did great! Mason used up his energy on a false start and lost steam quickly. He was refreshed after mommy carried him a bit and we repeated this cycle until he finished as well. Run like an animal". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, August 27, 2012. So while Addie has been busy losing teeth and starting kindergarten, Mason has been doing his own thing. Here was his summer in pictures:. Rugrats and waffles.just a typical morning. Swimming on the 4th of July. Dunked his head in the water table. Chugga chugga choo choo! Tuesday, August 21, 2012. Addie has graduated from preschool to kindergarten! Here are some pictures from our 2-day journey from Little Lights (Monday) to Prairie Hills (Tuesday). Last day of Preschool.

Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Our little girl is getting so big.she lost her first tooth! We thought we had more time-she's not even in Kindergarten yet (though starts this fall). We found out our neighbor boy has a tooth coming in, so we new it was in our future. Then just a few days later, Addie informed us that she had a loose tooth. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Halloween, Yo Gabba Gabba Style. This year we were a family of Yo Gabba Gabba Characters.so fun! Mason was Plex, Addie was Foofa, Mommy was mommy Foofa (Toodee wasn't available) and Daddy was DJ Lance Rock. Addie even won cutest costume at school. I just love that my kids still enjoy the cute and fun costumes, since we will not be allowing the scary or gory in our home. If you didn't already know, Addie has the most fun Daddy ever! He brought her to school like this :).

Saturday, October 15, 2011. We ended up with about 170# (only 4 fish) of Amberjack which we had fillet'd and brought back home for some fresh grilled fish tacos - YUM! This one was about 40#. Kent's co-worker got the prize for the biggest catch of the day that didn't get away - 60#! Of course, when we got back to the docks, we had to trade for some shark that another group caught from a different boat since we didn't get any. Next thing on the menu is grilled shark tacos:).
