She’s a brilliant artist that has a way of breathing new life into items once forgotten or abandoned. Not only is she incredibly talented but she has the sweetest family and I got the pleasure of photographing them in the fall. The light was spectacular, her boys were hilarious, and Lisa and Tyler were kind and gracious. My ideal working conditions.

Mirroring my fascination with science and the frontiers of perspective, my artistic practice has always been one of investigation. I am from the Chicago area, received my BFA from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in 2003, and my MFA from Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, MI in 2011. I currently teach 2D Design and Drawing at KCAD.

So many of the options out there are made of synthetic materials, cost lots of $ , are difficult to care for, require special bras, and just plain look bad.
