People in my professional network already think I'm too young. Once when I was in a meeting someone asked me if I was a ‘student shadow.’ Nope. Been a grown ass woman for some time now. Sassy and Sulfite Free! Day 31 and beyond. April 24, 2014. Well we did it! We finished the Whole 30! After doing our weights and measurements and such, Greg has lost 24 lbs and I have lost 18. More importantly I feel fantastic, and haven’t been sick in 30 days! No antacid, no anti nausea, nothing. I have added some dairy back in but no real gluten or legumes.
