Tales from my kitchen. Ohjeeee, noch ein Blog. Montag, 3. November 2014. Kürbis and Rote Bete Gratin. 2 mittelgroße Rote Bete. 1 Becher Creme Fraiche. 200 ml Creme Fine zum Kochen (oder Sahne). 100g Gouda, gerieben. 2 EL gehackte glatte Petersilie. 1 TL Koriander, gemahlen. Backofen auf 200° vorheizen. Den Kürbis putzen, waschen und in ca. 1/1 bis 1cm dicke Stücke schneiden. Die rote Bete schälen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Für weitere 15 - 20 Minuten backen, bis das Gratin goldbraun überbacken ist.

Zutaten (Springform 28 cm):. 100 g Butter oder Margarine. 1 gehäufter TL Backpulver. 1 Päckchen Puddingpulver (Vanille). 150 g Butter oder Margarine. 1/2 TL Zimt, gemahlen. Den Rhabarber waschen und schälen. In kleine Stücke schneiden und in einer Schüssel mit dem Zucker vermengen. Für ca. 1/2 Stunde ziehen lassen. Bei 180° für 30 - 35 Minuten backen. Zum Geburtstag bekommen habe, musste ich natürlich schnellstmöglich damit anfangen Rezepte aus diesem Buch nachzukochen. Dieses hier ist das erste.Premiere also :-). 2 EL flüssiger Honig. 1,5 cm Ingwer. 1 TL Gemüsebrühe instant. 2 EL frischer Koriander.
