Monday, August 9, 2010. On the Texas wine trail! We all love road trips! Of course, our road trip started with racing up to the Shiner Brewery and "enduring" the bock beer making tour at this fabulous Texas beer brewery! I can just taste that crisp white wine chilling the hot dog days of summer! I mean tills the soil!

http://www.seacottonwinery.com/2010/10/new-white-sea-cotton-cottage-wine.html
Sunday, October 24, 2010. New white Sea Cotton Cottage wine. Tonight, we checked the specific gravity of our newest white wine. a little dry, but not real fruity. We will be racking soon. this one has sat in the fermentation process for longer than usual! Sometimes life gets so busy that we just don't have time to attend to those little things that get thrown our way! The light, dry wine, reminds me of hibiscus! From our little Sea Cotton Cottage!
