The latest, that I have sampled is a blueberry wheat rendition, which is full-bodied and impressively berry tasting! He keeps it extremely cold and the guys can't seem to drink just one! Monday, August 9, 2010. On the Texas wine trail! We all love road trips! Of course, our road trip started with racing up to the Shiner Brewery and "enduring" the bock beer making tour at this fabulous Texas beer brewery! We trotted up to Austin last week to replenish our supplies for wine making. Boy, that trip up to Central Texas, from the Gulf coast is 3 hours and can be a reaalllyyy looooonnnnnggg trip! I can just taste that crisp white wine chilling the hot dog days of summer! I mean tills the soil!
