Quality Assurance trainings are conducted to teach animal health, care and management skills. The sessions focus on food safety with meat animals and the importance of ethical treatment of animals. Participants gained decision making and management skills that will ensure a safe and wholesome food supply. Dates this year for Quality Assurance will be:. April 28th- SHS 6:30 PM.

Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Yesterday, Brittany woke up with a fever so she didn't go to school. She didn't really act sick, she just had the fever. She has a lot of sinus. Today. she's fine. I poked and wrapped up some potatoes and put them in the bottom of the crock pot and put chicken breasts on top of that. So we'll have some bbq chicken and baked potatoes for supper. YUM. Easy too.
