Sunday, January 23, 2011. Now I'm lucky to get 3 in a couple of times a week. Don't get me wrong, that's not bad, but it's really not great for me. So as of today, I will be accountable on here for the foods I take in and the exercise I put out and hopefully the threat of embarrassment on this thing will be enough to keep me motivated to not mess around. I had a great Christmas and New Year's and now that all the fun is over I am ready for spring and sunshine!
