We all love Disneyland! We also love movies! And when classics like Rear Window. Big screen - we are there! Another thing that Mark and I enjoy is. Maya, our neighbor, who comes over. Just to talk" sometimes! You are never too old to color Easter eggs together. We didn't color many this year. It was way fun!

Sunday, November 3, 2013. And the days go by. Recently I went back to work full-time. And now I never take the time to post. So here is a recap of the last 3 months! Mark and I took our annual trip. To the Spiral Jetty. And it was the driest year yet. But it was way cool to walk all around it on the salt. On the way home we stopped to see the Brigham City Temple. We took another quick trip over Labor Day to St. George. CW was able to come for a couple of days too! And the pool was still open! With my fri...

Friday, February 27, 2015. I realize this is a bad picture but it is rather exciting to me! It is a picture of Paige's article she wrote in Salt Magazine. About the owner of Cummings Chocolates. And it is framed and hanging in Cummings. So Paige is famous! One weekend while in St. George. Paige and I took a little trip to Kanab. To be at the homecoming of Sorella Jackson. Who was Paige's last companion/greenie in Italy. And then we went site seeing. For about 10 minutes. But thanks Kanab - it was great!

We also attended a fun wedding reception. Complete with typewriting poet. Who penned a poem for the return of Miss Paige. And Courtney posed with Audrey and Griff.

Thursday, October 9, 2014. This is what the front of the house used to look like. We have been wanting to change it for some time. Doing it at the same time we were doing the back yard seemed perfect. We hired John, our nephew, to build us a little patio. He ordered gravel, sand and pavers. He installed a drainage system. He built a beautiful retaining wall. Who knew our yard had such a slope? He did such a beautiful job. And now this is what the front of our house looks like. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://themarkandthelisa.blogspot.com/2015/06/playacting-to-birthday-partying.html
Monday, June 1, 2015. Playacting to birthday partying. Years ago we ate Pavlova in Australia. Recently I saw someone pin it and thought. Hey I can do that! And it was yummy! This picture was taken in Mountain West Burrito. What a fun place, with fun people. We attended the Payson Utah Temple open house. Priscilla went with us. It is a beautiful temple. Since the Wightmans are from Payson. We stopped to photograph. The house in which Jack (their dad) was born. If you can believe it. It was so much fun.

Monday, April 7, 2014. Another general conference has come and gone. They are always a source of inspiration and learning. I work for the Church so everything gets a little crazy and busy in April and October. When my Dad was a Seventy, he and Mom came home for each conference. And those were highlights of the year! Paige used to think that Grandpa and Grandma Wood lived at the airport. This is an unusual post for me in some ways, for one thing,. I shockingly do not have any pictures to post. The picture...
