Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Eggless Caramel Bread Pudding. Here's a replica of the normal caramel pudding, but there is no egg in this preparation. I got this recipe from one of my blogger friends Rafeeda. Actually nowadays I am searching for simple,easy to make puddings because I am perfectly a beginner in this case.And here's a simple solution to me for a simple pudding. Bread Slices : 6-8 Pieces(Remove the brown edges). Milk : 1 Cup. Sugar : 6 tbsp. Water : For Caramelising the sugar. Recipe of the Week.

This is a heavenly chicken fry having the full elegant flavours ,that we want.I adapted this recipe from a malayalam cookery show in Jai Hind TV (Swad). Actually I was attracted by the name 'thattukada' itself.I have a special affection towards thattukadas from my childhood. Chicken : 500 g(cut into medium size pieces). Red Chilly Powder : 1 tbsp. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp. Green Chilly : 2-3. Vinegar : 1 tsp.

Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Chicken 65 Kerala Style. Chicken : 500 gm(Cut into medium size pieces). Kashmiri Chilly Powder : 2 tbsp. Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp. Corn flour : 1 tsp. Ginger Garlic paste : 2 tsp. Curry Leaves (Chopped) : 2 springs. Coriander Leaves : 2 tsp(Chopped). Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice : from a big lemon. Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients and keep aside for an hour. Heat oil in a pan and fry till cooked (neither deep nor shallo fry .in between).
