Just another WordPress.com weblog. July 3, 2010. Posted by Di under appetizer. I love getting edamame as a healthy appetizer at sushi places, so I decided to try a recipe to make at home. This recipe calls for the shelled kind, so even easier to eat. Great for a quick snack, and you get your protein too! 12 oz package frozen shelled edamame. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is crispy and golden, about 15 minutes.
