مطبخ شموسه

الخميس، 5 يناير، 2012. ايوة العدس الاصفر ده عز العدس الاصفر. كيس عدس يقسم نصفين-ملح -فلفل اسود-كمون-جزرة كبيرة -2حبة طماطم-بصلة كبيرة -5فصوص توم حجم كبير. نصف كيس العدس يغسل جيدا ويوضع في حلة مناسبة مع البصلة مقطعة اربعه والجزرة مقطعة و2 ثمرة الطماطم مقطعين اربعات وخمس فصوص التوم. تضاف كمية من الماء للخليط السابق وتوضع الحلة علي النار حتي تمام النضج. بعد ان يبرد الخليط السابق يضرب في خلاط حتي يصير كالعصير. يضاف له الملح والفلفل والكمون وممكن بعض من الكرفس الاخضر المقطع صغير. ويترك حتي ينضج مثل الرز العادي.
