Friday, September 4, 2009. I'm happy to report that we made it through our first week of Kindergarten! The kids are doing pretty well so far. We are spending a lot of time going over rules and procedures. Today is their first day of Library, Computer, and Music classes. They are having a blast! I'm sure glad this year is going great! Thursday, October 9, 2008. Okay, so here goes nothing. My very first blog posting. I'm not even really sure what i'm doing! I hope this makes sense to someone. Well, my life is pretty much the same all the time. I teach Kindergarten at Buffalo Point Elementary. This is my second year teaching, and I love it. :) I have thought about going back to college to get my masters degree, but that requires money and time. I also have a 2007 Pontiac G6 GTP. Thursday, September 10, 2009. This week is going to be fun! We are starting writing in Kindergarten. We have been talking about how letters start AT THE TOP! We started today by practicing writing CAPITAL and lowercase letter Aa's. The kids did quite well! We will keep working on writing. Please keep working with your children on writing! Support at home is SO helpful in learning to write! Thanks for all your help so far with this new "crop" of Kindergartners! They are so cute, and eager to learn!
