Mostly Muffins: Burying Kings and finding ancestors
http://mostly-muffins.blogspot.com/2015/03/burying-kings-and-finding-ancestors.html
Wednesday, 25 March 2015. Burying Kings and finding ancestors. Well I'm sorry about the delay in posting - but I haven't been baking anything new, if at all lately. I have put that right this evening though with some yummy looking pear and nutmeg muffins (recipe to follow). What with that and having a partial eclipse of the sun life has been a bit too busy to invent new muffin flavours. Here I am using a colander as a pin hole camera to view the eclipse. Mostly Muffins: White Chocolate Muffins
http://mostly-muffins.blogspot.com/2015/05/white-chocolate-muffins.html
Tuesday, 5 May 2015. It was garden party day yesterday, which meant that muffins must be baked for the workers who were coming over to help me dig, prune and weed my back garden. Chocolate is always my son-in-laws favourite, and being as he hates gardening and was giving up his bank holiday to help me out I figured only chocolate muffins would do, no hidden vegtables or fruit at all - just chocolate with a bit of extra chocolate added. They also went down very well with this little chap too!
