Probably the most difficult moment of my 2013 climb, came after Aydri’s appendectomy. I really believed I was done climbing. I wanted to show the kids where they were born, check out the Redwood Forest, the Rogue River, etc. But, last minute, Southern Oregon burnt up. Forest fires got it. And, our plans had to change. So, vacation turned into staycation…and honestly, we had the greatest time! No wonder folks come here for vacation! August 29, 2013 at 8:28 am.

I loved your Christmas card and picture. Its so fun seeing the similarities in your kids but also how they take after you or Desi. I love Jillians hair cut. I wish Sage would let me cut hers a bit but that 4 year old has Rapunzel on her mind. I always do that too, look for similarities between the kiddos and the parents!
