A place to share something worth written down. Saturday, November 14, 2009. Feeling much calmer now, I am sitting here trying to recall how I felt today. I was obviously pissed off with what i had today. thinking back now, it is actually a very small matter which is similar to what I have encountered before. I ask myself why am I feeling so emotional today? I should be eating my favourite Japanese food instead rite? I ended up have to work even harder to burn my fats tomorrow. So lesson of this story?

A place to share something worth written down. Friday, October 30, 2009. Tried plugging in my external hard disk into my turtle laptop again just now. For a moment, it was loading and there was no sound coming out from it. At first I thought miracle happens and it is detectable. A place to share something worth written down. Monday, November 9, 2009. Diet or not diet? Ever since sis bought the digital weight scale, every morning the 1st thing i do after crawling up from my bed is to get myself up on the scale and see what's my weight. the figure has been around 50.0-50.5kg for the past 2-3months. however, it has gone up to 51.0-51.5kg for the past 1 month, which obviously means that I HAVE PUT ON WEIGHT! My arms are starting to become flabby again! Face starts to grow meat liao.
