Friday, 15 July 2011. Chicken Manchurian With Fried Rice. I tried this recipe of Chicken Manchurian for the first time today. It turned out really delicious! Chicken : 1/2 kg boneless and cubed. Flour : 1 tbsp. Cornflour : 1 tbsp. Black pepper : 1/2 tsp. Red chilli flakes : 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce : 1 tsp. Oil : 2-3 tbsp. Ginger : 1tsp (crushed). Garlic : 1 tsp (crushed). Sweet chilli sauce : 3 tbsp (u can use store bought or u can make ur own, the recipe is at the end of this post). Tomato ketchup : 4 tbsp.
