Thank you! We are currently pursuing three avenues of research. Of research involves a population based study to assess whether the Newborn hearing screen test can accurately predict the predisposition for SIDS at birth. This project is occurring in the United Kingdom under the leadership of Peter Fleming.

Without warning she passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in her sleep on November 14, 2007. It was the worst day of our lives and forever changed us at our core. SIDS remains one of the foremost causes of infant death in the United States. It has continued to remain a medical mystery despite other great medical advances. Education has also not prevented SIDS.
