QUEST Community Counseling Services - Fees and Payments

FEES, PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE COVERAGE. QUEST is currently an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. This means that we do not currently have contracts with many insurance companies. You will be responsible for full payment at each session unless arrangements have been made ahead of time. We will supply you with a receipt of payment for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (see Insurance section below for further explanation and important considerations).
