Different types of fostering. Become a foster carer. Foster Carers Allowances is owned by Simply Fostering Ltd. Simply Fostering is an independent company supported by experienced, qualified social workers working in Fostering and Adoption. As fostering social workers we experienced the daily frustration of trying to find fostering placements for children and young people from a shrinking pool of foster carers. After looking closely at the problem we created Simply Fostering and our associated web sites.
