ICA organizes an annual fundraising cultural event - the Taste of India (TOI), which showcases Indian cuisine, traditional dances, songs and attire. Proceeds from this event benefit the Mobile Loaves and Fishes ministry in Austin, and specific charitable projects in India pre-determined by the ICA executive committee in collaboration with ICA members.
