Companion Golden Retriever Rescue. Each applicant must complete an Adoption Application. Which can be downloaded from our website. Once completed, you can email. The application back to us or mail to the PO Box listed on the application. When the application is received, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted with any questions and to schedule an appointment to meet with the dog(s). If a dog is not available at that time, we will add you to our waiting list and contact you when one arrives.

Companion Golden Retriever Rescue. CGRR serves the Intermountain West, accepting and placing dogs in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada. Please be prepared to provide all arrangements for transportation if you do not live in Utah. We are a very small group and need to dedicate our resources to the other tasks involved in saving these wonderful dogs. Companion Golden Retriever Rescue. Puppies (under a year old) $225. Dogs 1-4 years $200. Dogs 5-8 years $175. Seniors or mixes varies dependent on expenses incurred (usually $95-140). Golden mix puppies $150. The fee is less for a “Special Needs” dog. The adoption fee is considered a donation, which can be claimed on your taxes. The Waggin’ Tails Newsletter.
