Saturday, June 23, 2012. I'm Back. With Cupcakes! I know, I know.pick yourself up off your chair. It's been a while. Over a year. Is it strange that I enjoy reading other people's blogs, but feel like it's silly to write about our life because no one will think it's worth reading? So, I've decided to make all the cupcakes in this book and give you a little review of how it goes. Then, I gently folded in the coconuts. I immedately noticed that there was quite a bit of batter. The recipe said that it ma...

Thursday, April 29, 2010. I know, I know. Pick yourself up off the floor. I have been thinking lots of thoughts, but just haven't been writing. Here's a few things I've been doing or thinking about. I have learned to knit. And I love it! I've done a couple scarves, a hat, a couple of socks, and am working on a summer scarf. I've started my garden. We ate some fresh lettuce and spinach a few nights ago. Only 2 weeks of school left! Why do so many 15 year old girls show so much cleavage? Not in a good way.

Sweet Meadow Musings: August 2012
http://trishyoumans.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 17, 2012. How Do I Love Thee! The smell makes my mouth water. What is it that makes bacon so good? For this cupcake, I cooked about 6 slices and made them crispy. Once cooled, I chopped them up. I used a vanilla cake base, but it had real maple syrup in the batter. Oh My Goodness! I could have eaten the cupcakes all by themselves. The maple made the cake so moist and taste quite rich. Yum! They also smelled divinely. I used a piece of bacon and crumbled it on top of the cupcakes.
