Is inside the polls from 7 am to 7 pm by appointment of the County Chair (signed form available at Party office). Sits near Election Judge and Clerks, but does not "work" the forms or table. Purpose is to insure election rules are followed and voters are able to vote. May step outside poll briefly to alert volunteers outside if there is a problem. How to Handle Situations.
