He is thinking about pizza and how hungry he is. When sees his friend John, he stops thinking of lunch and starts thinking about John. There’s my friend John, I wonder how he’s doing. As they cross paths, Mike says Hey John. I can’t believe I missed three questions! I got a 93%! That’s a low “A”! Did he hear me? What’s the matter with him!
