Also doing push-ups, sit-up, leg-lifts and dips between 50 sprints. It was a great workout and highlighted the need for additional strength training. I think we had 25 people out. After about 2 hours of swimming, I completed the swim from the shores of San Francisco, around Alcatraz, and back in nothing but a swimsuit, cap and googles. Luckily my client made its world class on-site facilities available. Lunch hour swims, weight lifting, and treadmills were all on the agenda, albeit very sporadically. November 25, 2012. I'm the Conductor of the Potty Train. So, it's far. We've put this off long enough. They turn 3 in July. That's long enough! In the next few weeks, I hope to report that the girls are officially potty trained. Ady is taking to it quickly. While wearing panties, she'll urgently say "PEE PEE!
