Private Tastings and Tours. Truro Vineyards is open seven days per week through October 31. Open hours are Monday through Saturday from 11am to 5pm and Sundays from Noon to 5pm. Shoulder season hours run November 1 through December 12, when we are open Friday through Monday. Shoulder season hours are 11am to 5pm Friday, Saturday, and Monday, and Sundays from Noon to 5pm.
