http://greenraven.blogspot.com/2014/02/a-gluten-free-pizza-experiment.html
Over the Green Moon. The view from inside outside. A Gluten-Free Pizza Experiment. Gluten Free Pizza Dough. I was given The Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free Kitchen. Cookbook, which has a gluten-free flour mix that looked promising to me. I mixed up a batch a few weeks ago, but just got around to actually baking with it. 1 1/4 cup brown or white rice (I used brown.). 3/4 cup potato starch (Do not use potato flour.). 1/2 cup tapioca flour or arrowroot flour (I used tapioca flour.). The amounts are APPROXIMATE!

Over the Green Moon. The view from inside outside. I'm just in here cleaning out the cobwebs. One of them seem to have words in it. How curious. It's in disrepair now, but I can make out some letters, like "ome ig". Posted by Green Raven. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Over the Green Moon. There was an error in this gadget. Over the Green Moon: The Toy is not A Toy
http://greenraven.blogspot.com/2011/06/toy-is-not-toy.html
Over the Green Moon. The view from inside outside. The Toy is not A Toy. These are tags from a paint-it-yourself, wooden horse barn which included four plush horses inside it. The main blue tag clearly identifies the product as a barn, with plush animals included. Okay, it says plush "animal", but there were four. The white tag then informs us that the barn is NOT a toy, and must be "carefully" removed before giving the toy to children. Posted by Green Raven. July 7, 2011 at 1:18 PM. Over the Green Moon.

Over the Green Moon: Gluten Free Brownies
http://greenraven.blogspot.com/2010/09/gluten-free-brownies.html
Over the Green Moon. The view from inside outside. I finally created a gluten-free brownie that is pretty good. I'd like it a bit fudgier, and I'll try to tweak the recipe for that, but it's denser than cake. Perhaps cutting the cooking time by 4 minutes would help. I don't think the flour mix will matter much, but mine is mostly rice flour and corn starch, with a bit of xanthan gum and buckwheat flour. 3/4 cup gluten-free flour mix. 1/2 cup white sugar. 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted.
