In all the excitement from tour I forgot to mention that Staffs completed the treble against Oxford Brookes in the Midlands Cup final on the Wednesday night before tour.The score was 32-31 to Staffs in a very tight and hard fought game. I am going to start taking it for lunch next week along with my healthy eating plan. I have gone for the banana flavor, as when I last tasted a bit of my mates it tasted like those banana sweets. This page is devoted to some of the ‘healthy’ meals I have been making myself in my strive for greatness. I am a really big fan of the bakers Greggs. And my favourite sandwich is Tuna Crunch. So what I decided to do is just copy the tuna crunch filling in the sandwich and take away the bread so it is a lot healthier. 1 Small can of tuna. 2 tbls of light mayo. 1 tbls of Salsa. Back in the gym. My Sick Skills… →. April 20, 2010 · 3:32 pm. Staffs University Men’s Rugby Union are attending a BUCS 7s tournament this Sunday and will hope they come away with some silverware to add to the treble. Rich Hope and Oli Taiwo are joint captains and have the responsibility of picking the squad that Staffs are entering. Rich has sent the lucky select players a text to confirm their place in the squad. The same applied when the varsity squad was announced. Tagged as BUCS 7s. Back in the gym.

April 18, 2010 · 2:33 pm. Back in the gym. Today I have had a very busy day. I have started taking my promax diet for lunch as I’m going to use it as a meal supplement. I’m not going to lie, it’s not as good as a sandwich or my tuna salad, but I’m going to give it a try to shed those extra pounds. Also I forgot how fresh you feel after a good workout in the gym.
