Sunday, March 27, 2011. After 15 1/2 weeks.both Lane and Sloan are 6 pounds! We sure have come a LONG way from 1 pound 6 ounces! I was looking back at the pictures of them when they were first born, and I think I was in denial about how small they really were. Sunday, February 27, 2011. Well folks.we officially have a 5 Pounder on our hands! YES, Lane's weight tonight is 5 pounds 1 ounce. She is getting so big that she is about to outgrow her preemie clothes. We are so ready to put that girl in some newborn clothes! Lane is continuing to nurse two times a day as long as she is awake during feeding times. For those of you that know me well, you know that I am a BIG planner, so I am having to learn to be flexible! Sloan is continuing to amaze us everyday as well!
