45-minute couples therapy sessions: $150. I accept insurance and will bill clients' insurance companies as appropriate. Currently, I am a contracted provider on the following networks:. Our first few (1-3) sessions will involve an evaluation of your goals and needs. By the end of the evaluation, I will be able to offer you some first impressions of what our work will include and a treatment plan to follow. Part of our work will involve identifying your patterns of thinking, behaving, and relating that might impede your goals. Therapy involves a large commitment of time, money, and energy, so it is important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you are working with.
